A wholesale price list is the plain version of your line: every style, what a store pays, what it should sell for, and the fewest it can order. No photos, so it fits on a page or two and gets read. From Shopify: Products, Export, "CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs" (gift cards, drafts and archived products are left out). Square, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Etsy each export products as a CSV from their product or item pages.

What goes on a wholesale price list
- Style number
- What goes on the order. Use the same number as your line sheet and your stock, so an order can't point at the wrong thing.
- Product
- The name, plus whatever tells two versions apart: the scent, the color, the size.
- Size or pack
- How it's sold: one size, a size run, 8 oz, a case of 6. A store orders in these units.
- Wholesale price
- What a store pays you for one unit.
- Retail price (MSRP)
- What it should sell for. A buyer works out their margin from it; many brands set wholesale at half of retail and check that still covers what a unit costs them, with room to spare.
- Minimum
- The fewest of that style a store can order. Leave it empty if there isn't one.
- A date
- "Prices from" and the day. When prices change, send the new list; the date tells a buyer which one is current.
- Terms and contact
- Your opening order minimum, when you're paid, and where orders go.
A price list or a line sheet?
A price list is the numbers. A line sheet adds a photo of every style, so a buyer who hasn't seen the product can choose from it. Send a line sheet to a store that's new to you, and a price list to one that already knows the line and wants to reorder.
