The fictional catalog keeps Paper Crane Necklace (KR-201) and Paper Crane Necklace, Silver (KR-202) as separate styles. Keep distinct finishes in separate Shopify products or a Color option. The buyer grid supports Shopify Size and Color options; check other option names in the app before sharing.

Try a six-unit boutique order

Use the normal buyer sample. You do not need to enter a buyer name or email to try quantities, review or PDF.

Check the running total and the fictional brand's $300 opening minimum.
Choose Review order, then Save the order as a PDF to open your browser's print options. Return to the sheet to change quantities.

The sample prepares an order; it does not place one or take payment. For a real brand, the buyer sends the saved PDF or copied order, or opens an email and sends it themselves. The brand reviews availability and agrees the order.

Set your wholesale terms. Choose wholesale as a percent of retail, then set a price or quantity minimum for a style when needed. Add your opening minimum, contact details and terms.
Send your buyer the sheet link. They choose quantities by the existing size and color options, check totals and minimums, and prepare an order for you to review.

The link reads your selected Shopify products when it opens. A saved PDF is a snapshot. Minimums are shown as guidance and progress; they do not reserve stock or approve an order.

A line sheet and an order to review

Line Sheet Studio does not take buyer payments, reserve inventory, calculate tax or shipping, or fulfill an order. Confirm stock, final terms and payment with the buyer before accepting it. Keep product details and variants accurate in Shopify.
