What the app reads

With your permission, the app reads your store's products and collections (titles, descriptions, images, options, SKUs and prices) to build your line sheet, and your store's contact email, which it offers as the address buyers send orders to until you set your own. It does not read orders or customer data. If you choose to send a buyer's order to Shopify as a draft order (on Pro), the app asks for Shopify's permission to create draft orders the first time, and uses it only when you send one.

What we store

Your store's domain, name and currency, an access token Shopify issues to the app, the line sheet settings you enter (brand name, season, terms, contact text), any wholesale prices or minimums you set for individual products, and your logo if you upload one. We also keep monthly counts of how often features are used, such as line sheets opened and draft orders made, with nothing about which store or order. Nothing else.

Orders buyers fill in

Quantities a buyer types on a line sheet stay in their own browser. They reach you only when the buyer emails the order or sends you the PDF. The email carries a link that opens the order on your line sheet; the order is written into the link itself, after the #, a part browsers don't send to us. We never receive or store it. If you send an order to Shopify as a draft order, it goes from your Shopify admin through the app to your store's draft orders; the app doesn't save it.

Who can see your line sheet

Anyone you share the line sheet link with. The link is private and unlisted, and pages ask search engines not to index them.

Deleting your data

Uninstall the app and we delete your settings and token right away. Shopify's data deletion requests are honored the same way.
